We are committed to conducting business honestly, transparently, and in full compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws, including:<\/p><p>This statement is issued in alignment with the requirements and expectations of:<\/p><ul><li><p>United Kingdom:<i>\u00a0Modern Slavery Act 2015<\/i><\/p><\/li><li><p>Australia:\u00a0<i>Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth)<\/i><\/p><\/li><li><p>United States (California):\u00a0<i>California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010<\/i><\/p><\/li><li><p>European Union:\u00a0<i>Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive<\/i><\/p><\/li><li><p>Singapore:\u00a0<i>Prevention of Human Trafficking Act 2014<\/i><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>It outlines the actions Digify has taken during the reporting period to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.<\/p><p><b>2. Business Overview<\/b><\/p><p>Digify is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that provides secure document sharing and virtual data room solutions. Headquartered in Singapore (Digify Pte Ltd) with a U.S. subsidiary (Digify Inc.), we serve customers globally, including in the legal, investment, and corporate sectors.<\/p><p>Our operations are digital in nature, and our workforce is made up of full-time employees and independent contractors in professional and technical roles. We do not manufacture products or engage in high-risk sectors such as construction, agriculture, or manufacturing.<\/p><p><b>3. Policies and Commitments<\/b><\/p><p>We are committed to fair employment practices and upholding the human rights of everyone involved in our operations. Our policies include:<\/p><ul><li><p>Code of Conduct \u2013 Reinforces our zero-tolerance stance toward any form of slavery, forced labor, or trafficking.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Employee Handbook \u2013 Sets out expectations for ethical conduct, equal opportunity, and respectful treatment.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Whistleblower Policy \u2013 Provides a secure, confidential process for reporting concerns or unethical behavior.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>These documents are regularly reviewed and made available to all team members as part of our onboarding and internal communications.<\/p><p><b>4. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence<\/b><\/p><p>As a SaaS company with a professional, knowledge-based workforce and no involvement in physical goods or manufacturing, Digify considers the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low.<\/p><p>Our suppliers primarily include cloud infrastructure providers, software tools, and professional service firms\u2014most of which are based in jurisdictions with robust legal protections. We do not currently conduct formal supplier audits or assessments, and we have not encountered any indications of unethical labor practices within our operations to date.<\/p><p>We remain mindful of potential risks that could arise in outsourced or subcontracted services and intend to take proportionate measures if our operations or supplier base expands in the future.<\/p><p><b>5. Employee Awareness and Training<\/b><\/p><p>While our team size remains small, we take steps to ensure awareness of labor rights and ethical conduct through:<\/p><ul><li><p>Clear internal policies and communication<\/p><\/li><li><p>Induction materials for new hires<\/p><\/li><li><p>Open channels to report concerns or seek clarification<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>We will continue to monitor developments in this area and consider formal training as our operations grow.<\/p><p><b>6. Monitoring Effectiveness<\/b><\/p><p>Our leadership reviews company practices regularly to ensure consistency with our ethical values and legal obligations. This includes:<\/p><ul><li><p>Periodic review of policies and vendor relationships<\/p><\/li><li><p>Oversight of employment practices across regions<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ensuring our reporting and escalation channels remain active and accessible<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>To date, no instances of modern slavery or human trafficking have been identified within our operations or known suppliers.<\/p><p><b>7.
