Folder-level permissions apply the same rights to all files within a folder. File-level permissions allow you to customize access for individual files.

Guests with edit rights to a folder automatically gain edit rights to all files and subfolders within it.
Data room owners, co-owners, and admins can define and adjust permissions for groups and guests.
